For physical merchandise and lifestyle products, returns are accepted only where items are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Requests for returns must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any replacement or refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
